How do I become a patient at Douglas Orthodontics?
You do not need a referral to become a patient at Douglas Orthodontics. Feel free to contact us any time, and we can set up an initial consultation to get you started.
That being said, we'd be happy to accept a referral! Your family dentist can help with a recommendation and provide us with valuable details regarding your general dental health background. -

How much does an initial consultation cost?
Initial consultations at Douglas Orthodontics are free! Contact us today to request an initial consultation.

What will happen during my first appointment?
During your first appointment at one of our Meridian and Laurel orthodontic clinics, we will conduct a thorough examination, including imaging, of your mouth and jaw to diagnose the nature and severity of your misalignment.
From there, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to address it.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes! We offer in-office payments plans, as well as financing through CareCredit.

Can you help me with my insurance?
We accept and courtesy file most insurance providers. Please provide us with your insurance information at your first appointment.
We are also happy to help you complete insurance claims for your monthly payments. Our team is always readily available for support.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we are happy to accept Medicaid for pre-approved qualifying patients and services.

Our Meridian and Laurel orthodontic offices are open Monday through Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
